Trump Demands Probe into 2020 Election, Calls It “Rigged”

(MENAFN) US President Donald Trump has called on the Department of Justice (DOJ) to examine the 2020 presidential election, asserting that it was “Rigged and Stolen.”

In a Sunday post on his Truth Social platform, Trump drew a comparison between sports and politics, stating, "What’s worse, the NBA Players cheating at cards, and probably much else, or the Democrats cheating on Elections?. The 2020 Presidential Election, being Rigged and Stolen, is a far bigger SCANDAL."

He further criticized the outcome of the 2020 election, adding, "Look what happened to our Country when a Crooked Moron became our 'President!' We now know everything."

Trump pressed the DOJ to pursue the investigation with "as much 'gusto' as befitting the biggest SCANDAL in American history," warning that failure to act could allow similar issues to occur in the future, including the 2026 midterm elections.

He also voiced his opposition to mail-in and early voting, supported stricter voter ID laws, and condemned California’s ballot procedures, claiming that millions of ballots were being "shipped."

Closing his message, Trump urged action from his party, stating, "GET SMART REPUBLICANS, BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE."
